Job Duties: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise IT systems and infrastructure supporting high-availability contact center and business operations environments. Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve system reliability, automate operational processes, and support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production systems. Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using Java, Python, and Go, and build CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes to enable automated deployment and platform integration. Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using technologies including Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack to ensure system performance, availability, and proactive issue resolution. Support and integrate enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and event management systems such as BigPanda, while administering contact center technologies including NICE Performance Management (cloud), NICE Workforce Management (WFM), NICE call recording systems in on-premises environments, and Cisco contact center infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, operations, and security teams to design scalable infrastructure solutions, automate workflows, and maintain compliance with organizational security and operational standards.

Other: Full Time. Travel (60%) involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent + 5 years of Experience in job offered or related. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
