Lead – Digital & Social Media

Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Lead – Digital & Social Media. As an SIA award winning fastest growing IT staffing and services firm, client partnerships are at the heart of our operations. Pyramid is in active growth mode, with a unique opportunity to add a member to our Sales team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Digital & Social media leader to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

We expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

• Shift – UK Shift (1 PM IST to 10 PM IST).
• Working days – 5 Days a week (Mon – Fri).
• Location – Noida Office (Onsite).

Role Type – Full Time Individual Contributor Role.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years+ of Solid knowledge about website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
• Proven work experience as a social media person with Excellent copywriting skills.
• Professional certification in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Google Analytics strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as Click dimensions/HubSpot.
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
