What does Intentionally Inclusive mean?
The world is rich in diversity, and people of different races, ethnicity, nationality, ability, beliefs, and perspectives live in harmony. A willingness to be intentional with our actions enables us to accept all people and show that everyone has a seat at the table. When we are Intentionally Inclusive, we are making the conscious decision to unite and connect.
Belong:In is the global staffing industry’s first ERG program that encourages a sense of belonging among our consultants and employees. It provides them with a platform to share their voice as well as the opportunities to serve the community.

 

2023 was a successful year for our Belong:IN inclusion program. We saw membership grow by 30%, showing that our employees are deeply committed to fostering an intentionally inclusive culture. Additionally, each employee resource group made meaningful contributions that have laid a strong foundation to build upon in 2024.

ABLE:IN

The launch of ABLE:IN was a celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, which featured an inspiring panel of disability experts and advocates. This event was the springboard to elevate awareness and knowledge around disabilities and the importance of accessibility in the workplace. As a result of the event, we coordinated a donation to Easterseals. In 2023, Pyramid Consulting became a Disability:IN corporate partner.

 

LatinTech

LatinTech partnered with the Hispanic Technology Executive Council (HITEC) for a focused discussion on the importance of belonging and how Hispanic and Latin leaders have led successful careers in tech while championing DE&I. Throughout National Hispanic Heritage Month in 2022, we celebrated a united Hispanic and Latine culture emphasizing personal stories from industry leaders and historical facts to raise money for the Hispanic Heritage Foundation.

Black Culture Allance

Our Black Culture Alliance ERG has been at the forefront of engaging and inspiring the next generation of Black talent in tech. As sponsors of the United Way of Greater Atlanta African American Partnership, our employees commemorated Juneteenth through community service and hosting career workshops for Black high school and middle school students in Atlanta. In 2023, the Black Culture Alliance partnered with the National Black MBA Association to co-host "Elevating Black Talent in Tech."

 

PanAsianNet

The PanAsianNet ERG took members on a Pan Asian virtual tea exploration to learn about ceremonial traditions. Throughout Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month in 2022, members and non-members participated in our first ever Pan Asian trivia game show to raise money for the Kids Hunger School Backpack initiative and the Center for Pan Asian Community Services.

 

PRISM

PRISM has elevated education and awareness around identity, authenticity, and the transformative power of allyship. Since this ERG’s launch, they have brought together industry leaders that are part of the LGBTQ+ community to share their unique experiences navigating careers and life. In 2022, members and non-members convened for a virtual trivia night on U.S. Gay Pride History and raising funds for notable organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community, Lost N’ Found Youth and The Trevor Project.

 

Women of Pyramid Consulting

In 2022, the Women of Pyramid Consulting ERG was honored to have the Consul General of India, Dr. Swati Vijay Kulkarni keynote a special celebration paying tribute to our Co-Founder, Namita Tirath honoring her visionary leadership with the first ever Woman of Pyramid Consulting Award. We partnered with the Turknett Leadership Group for members to attend their renown Women in Leadership Signature Series event. In 2023, Women of Pyramid Consulting hosted their first ever “Embracing Equity” event that created a supportive environment where our women employees could unite, share their experiences and invaluable personal insights to foster collaboration.

VetConnect

VetConnect has helped forge successful partnerships ensuring our veterans and military spouses have the opportunity to go on to great careers after their service. In 2022, we honored Veterans Day with an inspiring launch event featuring an esteemed panel of veterans and military advocates from Paramount Veterans Network and USAA. The discussion highlights of this event covered best practices for companies to better support veterans and those with a military affiliation as well as the intersectionality of veterans across all demographics of people.
